Laserschutzfolie speziell für Fenster im Bereich Laserschweißen und Laserreinigung
Diese Laserschutzfolie ermöglicht die Abgrenzung von Laserbereichen bei gleichzeitiger Beobachtung der Prozesse. Sie eignet sich für Laser mittlerer Leistung und schützt vor Streustrahlung. Die Folie lässt sich einfach und dauerhaft durch Besprühen mit Feuchtigkeit auf gereinigte Fensteroberflächen* aufbringen.
Die Folie kann zudem mit einer handelsüblichen Schere (oder einem Messer) auf die gewünschte Größe zugeschnitten werden. Dies ermöglicht einen äußerst flexiblen und modularen Fensterschutz.
Die Folie ist 1,5 Meter hoch und bis zu 30 Meter lang. Verkauf pro Stück (1,5 m Höhe x benötigte Länge).

Schutzfolie für Nahinfrarotlaser. Hergestellt aus verschiedenen Spezialmetalloxiden mittels Nano-Sand-Dispersion und mit mehrlagigen Präzisions-Optikbeschichtungen. Bei gleichzeitig hoher Lichtdurchlässigkeit und Bildschärfe werden spezifische Wellenlängen absorbiert und reflektiert, wodurch eine Laserabschirmung von über 99,99 % erreicht wird.
Die PhotonSafe Laserschutzfolie, eine PET-Folie mit verschiedenen Metalloxiden, schützt durch Absorption und Reflexion vor Laserstrahlung im Wellenlängenbereich von 780–3000 nm. Sie ist verschleißfest, kratzfest, explosionsgeschützt und leicht zu reinigen.
Diese Schutzfolie lässt sich beliebig zuschneiden und auf jeder Materialoberfläche anbringen. Sie kann ein-, zwei- oder mehrlagig verwendet werden, um eine hohe optische Dichte zu erzielen.

It is as simple as mounting a car film. The on-site DIR film can be realized. Large laser protective window can be easily realized.
Step1: Prepare tools: kettle, non-woven cloth, plastic scraper, rubber scraper, knife.
Step2: Clean the window glass.
Step3: Cut the exact film size according to the glass.
Step4: Prepare installing liquid, add some neutral detergent into the water(shower gel will be better), spray on the glass.
Step5: Tear up the release film and stick the window film on the wet glass surface.
Step6: Protect the window film with the release film, remove the water and bubbles with the scraper.
Step7: Clean the surface with dry cloth, remove the release film, and install it.
