Laser protection film for windows specific for laser welding and laser cleaning range
This laser protection film enables the demarcation of laser areas with simultaneous observation of the processes. It is suitable for use with medium-power lasers and as protection against scattered radiation. It can be easily and permanently applied to a cleaned window surface* by means of sprayed-on moisture.
In addition, the foil can be easily cut to desired dimensions using standard scissors (or a knife). This allows for an extremely flexible and modular protection of the window.
Comes in height of 1.5 meter and a maximum length of 30 meter. Sold by full height(1.5m) x length needed

Laser window protection film
Make your window a truly safe window that is both laser and shock resistant.
To protect external areas, window surfaces in laser welding operating rooms must be protected against the escape of direct or scattered radiation when laser welding systems are used. This applies in particular to the use of infrared laser systems, as their radiation is not visible to the human eye. Especially for such applications Lasermach has qualified a blue-green absorbing plastic film. The main area of application is retrofit laser protection for windows or glass doors in laboratories, production facilities or laser welding operating rooms. The laser protection film has a daylight transmission of approx. 55 %.

It is as simple as mounting a car film. The on-site DIR film can be realized. Large laser protective window can be easily realized.
Step1: Prepare tools: kettle, non-woven cloth, plastic scraper, rubber scraper, knife.
Step2: Clean the window glass.
Step3: Cut the exact film size according to the glass.
Step4: Prepare installing liquid, add some neutral detergent into the water(shower gel will be better), spray on the glass.
Step5: Tear up the release film and stick the window film on the wet glass surface.
Step6: Protect the window film with the release film, remove the water and bubbles with the scraper.
Step7: Clean the surface with dry cloth, remove the release film, and install it.
